Mr. Browning assists clients in developing estate plans using Wills or Trusts. Each client has unique needs and goals and, through meetings with the clients, Mr. Browning and the client are able to develop a plan that works for the client. Once a plan is established, Mr. Browning prepares the appropriate documents for the client, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health care documents, and Living Wills, and meets with the client to explain and sign the documents.
We routinely serve our clients in an advisory capacity when they are named as trustees. In addition to our full-service trust practice, we also draft general and living wills that outline testamentary wishes as well as give advanced directives for medical crises and/or incapacity.
The firm helps its clients settle estate and trust matters after a loved one passes. This involves advising the Trustee and/or Personal Representative on the correct legal way to carry out the deceased’s last wishes and preparing the necessary documentation to complete the trust or probate administration.
Our attorneys prepare all of the necessary paperwork to facilitate a smoother transition during the probate process. Having the essential documentation prepared and ready for court can enable a more streamlined asset and debt distribution process.
