Our office maintains an active commercial and residential real estate practice in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Mr. Browning has a combined 50 years of experience as a lawyer and developer and he has very able staff that has a combined 30 years of experience in assisting in real estate closings. We represent people buying or selling residential or commercial properties and also consult with clients on real estate matters which arise while they own real estate. When representing Sellers or Purchasers of real estate, Mr. Browning and his staff consider it their job to not only protect their client, but, also, to do everything within their power to ensure the transaction gets to closing and is not delayed or terminated due to petty legal issues.

Occasionally, disputes arise in contest to the provisions of the deceased’s will. These matters are usually among family members and loved ones and can be quite emotional.
